For your convenience, items purchased on bracerspacer.com can be returned.
To return items or if you have additional questions, please contact customercare@bracerspacer.com. Call Customer Care at 925-448-8168 / Monday- Friday 7AM – 6PM PST.
BracerSpacer® can be returned within 15 days if unused and still in new condition. Please see the complete list of details and exceptions below.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call an Online Customer Care Specialist at 925-448-8168 five days a week 7AM – 6PM PST to report damages.
Please include the date of your purchase and the order number with your returns.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment.
